o Please note: Brooklyn Absentee Ballot Issues: All voters who receive an absentee ballot should check their oath envelope right away to see if it has their correct name and address printed on it. If it is incorrect, they should NOT use it. If the oath envelope is correct they can use their initial ballot if they so choose.
o Brooklyn voters from the affected print run (approximately 100,000 people) will be mailed replacement ballot packages. Voters do not have to request replacement ballots in order to receive one. Once they receive them they should again check to make sure the oath envelope is correct.
o If voters wish to document any incident or do not receive their replacement ballot, they should contact the Board of Elections at 1-866-VOTE-NYC (1-866-868-3692) or email Apply4Absentee@boe.nyc. The Board of Elections will also conduct outreach via email and phone to impacted voters they have contact information for.

· The deadline for health insurance special enrollment has been extended to December 31st, 2020. New Yorkers without health insurance can apply for coverage through the NY State of Health Plan Marketplace
