A year ago, Hurricane Sandy swept through our community and left us in need of serious rehabilitation. As we came together to rebuild and recover—from our homes, to our businesses, to our community—there were still pieces of the puzzle missing to make us whole once again.
After the storm, MasterCard, in partnership with The New York City Department Small Business Services (SBS), reached out to us and offered significant help to revamp our commercial district—specifically the BID and its engagement programming for the next year. As we launch our new and improved website, we wanted to extend our deepest gratitude to those at MasterCard and SBS who have made these improvements possible.
